LEADING THE CHANGE IN IT INDUSTRY COURSE

VISION

The vision of Government of the Punjab is to make Punjab the hub of Information Technology (IT) and promote economic growth in the IT sector through the implementation of e-Governance policies, IT education, and creation of Software Technology Parks.

Course Details:
 This 2 Days Course will consists of a series of presentation, personality assessment questionnaire, case studies, Activity based exercises, videos and group discussion. 

Leading change within IT industry is always a challenge. To bring the change without loosing the team sprit needs string leadership abilities. This workshop is specially designed for individuals playing a key role within organization to equip them with adequate leadership abilities and understanding of implementation of change through out their team.

        Day-1: Core Leadership concepts and skills
        Day-2: Managing Change

Tentative Venue:   Pearl Continental, Lahore. 
Duration:                 2 Days
Timmings:              0900 hrs to 1700 hrs

Who Should Apply?
CEO, Chief Operating Officers, Cheif Technial Officer, Cheif Information Officers, Vice Presidents, Directors, and General Managers / Senior Managers. Heads of IT Department of sizeable Non-IT organizations are also elgible to apply.

Applications
Cost per participant for this 2-Day course is Rs. 30,000/-. Qualified candidates will pay only Rs. 9,000/- each. PITB will pay 70% of the cost of the course to the qualified candidates.
The PITB will soliciting applications from interested candidates. Hardcopy of CV should also be submitted to Training Manager in PITB Office along with registration through website at www.pitb.gov.pk latest by February 24th, 2007.
