COST OF THE PROJECT

  • Rs. 447.477 Million approximately.

To facilitate this force Punjab Information Technology Board has developed a distributed application, in house. The application keeps track of the activities of each patrolling post and keeps other Patrolling Posts informed of the incidents occurring in nearby patrolling posts. The application is designed in the local perspective and is totally based on URDU language. To facilitate Higher Authorities the application provides various reports highlighting the active areas for specific nature of crimes thus reducing the time for appropriate actions to mitigate and to end the root cause of these crimes. It also keeps them informed of the daily activities done at each Patrolling Post like staff attendance, patrolling schedules, stock report etc.
