The main objective of the scheme is strengthening of PSIC to effectively implement the credit schemes utilizing the technical solution of the problem of communication delays and gap being faced by the management at Head Office. The scheme will also help increasing transparency in the working of organization.
The scheme will create employment opportunities. A wide area network will be established connecting the PSIC Head Office with Regional Offices.

A centralized database will be created at PSIC Head Office to get the information updated about the activities carried out in the Regional Offices on daily basis for decision-making purposes.
An application will be designed and deployed which will improve the performance of every department of the organization. A web site will also be developed and deployed with inherent e-commerce options to promote sales of products designed and manufactured by our artisans at national and international level. The scheme will strengthen PSIC through office automation thus will be an addition to the already continued efforts made by the organization to come up to the highest standards of management, administration and delivery.
