Inspector General (IG) Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held a meeting with PITB to discuss smart policing initiatives like for the said department. Discussion was held on initiatives such as Crime Analytics, Criminal Record Office, Driving License Management System and those related to the Islamabad Police Department, Islamabad Traffic Police Department and the Safe City Islamabad. CTO Islamabad Muhammad Sarfraz Virk was also present.
PITB Project Director Rai Rashid and Senior Program Manager Abrar ul Haq gave a comprehensive overview of all the projects, their scope and benefits. A detailed discussion was also held to enhance digital service delivery for the citizens in collaboration with the Islamabad Police, Islamabad Traffic Departments and the Safe City Islamabad. IG Police Islamabad appreciated PITB's support and discussed the way forward.
