A delegation of WASA, Hyderabad headed by Syed Mohsin Nazail (Director F&C), Maqsooda Fatima (National Coordinator POWN) along with WASA Lahore officials visited PITB’s Citizen Contact Center. Joint Director CCC, Amir M. Khan, briefed them about the working of CCC and explained the mechanism and flow of WASA Helpline 1334 managed by Citizen Contact Center – PITB.
