PITB Held a Training Session for Helpline Agents and SDO/XEN

PITB held a training session for Helpline Agents and SDO/XEN. The trainings were delivered on WASA Complaint Management System portal and WASA Complaint Management System Mobile Application. This system supports quick resolution of complaints to resolve issues and to gain public satisfaction. Moreover, this system ensures transparency to all the WASA stakeholders along with provision of comprehensive solutions.
