Reviving Zimmedar Shehri Citizen Complaints Helpline for District Bahawalpur

Reviving the Zimmedar Shehri (ZS) Citizen Complaints Helpline 0800-02345 for District Bahawalpur - an extensive training session was held by Team EGS on Saturday (11th Aug) using the videocon facility at PITB with AC City Ms. Rabia Siyal and other members of the Bahawalpur District Administration. The participants were briefed on the complete call handling process, complaint registration, categorization, and redressal mechanism of citizen complaints received on the 24/7 functional helpline. Using the ZS platform, the District Administration aims to centrally monitor public service delivery and facilitate the public at large.
