Out of the 15 case studies globally, two are from Pakistan about PITB projects (1) Citizen Feedback Monitoring Program Punjab used by over 25 Million citizens since 2011 for feedback and complaints about government performance (2) eVaccs System that resulted in driving up child vaccination from 43% to 83%.
