PITB officials hosted a training session via video link on Health Complaint Management System for Master Trainers at District level. They were briefed about complete complaint life cycle along with the escalation process. Deputy Secretary Health P&SHD, Dr. Yadullah Ali, appreciated the efforts of the team and the keen presence of focal persons from all 36 districts of Punjab.
