On the directive of IG Police Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) Sohail Habib Tajik, a special training was held in collaboration with PITB for the police officials of district Muzaffarabad regarding the automation of police records. Through this hands-on training, the participants were also familiarised with the online filing system of FIR, online complaints and online hotels records. The automation of Muzaffarabad police department aims at ensuring transparency and enhanced public service delivery.
