PITB representatives from Citizen Contact Center (CCC) comprising CCC Senior Program Manager Ashfaq Tiwana and Manager Coordination Umair Ali visited Senior Director General (DG) Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Akhtar Abbas Bharwana at TEVTA Secretariat Lahore.
CCC team briefed DG TEVTA about the recent Alumni Traceability Activity in which CCC contacted at least 21,000 students across Punjab in only 5 days regarding TEVTA updates and upcoming activities. The team also highlighted the role of the helpline and how it aims at providing career counseling services.
DG TEVTA acknowledged the efforts of PITB and thanked CCC team for successfully carrying out the activity.
