Tourism Punjab Secretary Ehsan Bhutta held a meeting with PITB representatives including Project Director e-Earn Ali Zeb, Senior Program Manager Fahad Ali Khan and Manager Operations Samar Pervaiz regarding the Tourist Squad Helpline services. PITB team briefed him about the role of helpline in Citizen Facilitation and Complaint Redressal. Secretary acknowledged the importance of dedicated helplines and how these help the citizens in multiple ways.
