CCC team including Project Director e-Earn Ali Zeb, Senior Program Manger Ashfaq Tiwana and Manager Coordination Umair Ali met with Public Sector Specialist Shahid Adil from Punjab Resource Improvement and Digital Effectiveness (PRIDE) to discuss the operating model of Centralized Hotline, Feedback Model and emphasized on strong coordination for process standardization. They also agreed upon the engagement of government departments in the process to improve service delivery.
