PITB representatives from IT Operations team headed by Director IT Project Management Khurram Mushtaq held a meeting with Islamabad Commissioner Syed Ali Asghar Hussain. Areas of collaboration for automation of ICT Employees Social Security Institution (IESSl) and PITB-developed IT solutions for social security were discussed during the meeting. Joint Director Syed Nayyer Ali also attended the meeting. Later, Director IT Project Management paid a visit to Social Security Hospital, Islamabad and inspected the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) by PITB. Punjab Secretary Labour & HR Department Liaquat Ali Chatta also reviewed the hospital operations. In a meeting with Medical Advisor Dr. Farooq Tipu Sultan and Medical Superintendent Dr. Saima Amer, progress and future developments regarding HMIS were also discussed. Meanwhile, all the stakeholders were also assured of full support for successful delivery of IESSI related PITB IT initiatives.
