PITB representatives from IT-Operations team conducted a series of training sessions on Health Complaint Management System (HCMS) and DVR App for Special Branch representatives across all divisions of Punjab. Divisional focal persons from the Dengue Project Team gave a demonstration of the HCMS portal and android application regarding registration and resolution of complaints. The system helps in identifying dengue breeding points as well. The trainings were concluded with interactive Q&A sessions.
