PITB Team Briefs KDCA Experts on Dengue Prevention & Control

PITB team attended an interactive session held at Agriculture University, Faisalabad regarding Dengue prevention & control. The session was organized by Agriculture University Director External Linkages & Professor of Entomology Dr Waseem Akram. Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) Experts DR HEE ILL LEE & DR SUN RA CHU were the distinguished participants of the session that was followed by field visits.
PITB representatives from IT-Operations elaborated the attendants on all the support and steps taken by PITB to fight Dengue. The KDCA experts were briefed on all technological interventions including real time patients tagging, case response, hotspots cycle & important initiatives like third party validation. South Korean experts appreciated the role of PITB in fighting the menace of Dengue on war footings.
