Chairman Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Lahore Dr. Mirza Habib Ali visited Citizen Contact Center (CCC) along with the Controller BISE Irfan Ahmed and other senior officials.
CCC Project Director Ali Zeb gave a detailed brief on the services offered by CCC while Manager Coordination Umair Ali gave an overall presentation. The team proposed setting up a dedicated helpline service as well as Complaint Management System. The Chairman BISE showed keen interest and discussed the way forward.
