PITB has developed a ‘Ramadan 2023 Monitoring Application’ for the Administrative Secretaries to visit the ATTA Sales Points in order to give their feedback on a predefined checklist and recommendations through the App for service delivery improvement.
The App covers all the important aspects including ATTA Distribution Monitoring, District Level Arrangements, and Wheat Procurement Monitoring to ensure smooth Wheat Supplies across Punjab. So far around 300 visits have been made by the Administrative Secretaries in this regard. They will continue to visit their assigned districts throughout Ramadan.
