PITB conducted a training for the Traffic Wardens and Ticketing Officers of Lahore to acquaint them with PITB developed Digital Warden App.
PITB Senior Software Engineer Mamoon Sharif along with Program Officers Saad Ullah and Muhammad Ali from IT-Operations wing gave the hands-on training to the participants. The training session was a capacity building activity aiming to enable the attendees to further train other officers in this regard.
An initiative of PITB, the Digital Warden generates electronic challans in order to eliminate challan books as well as fake challans while ensuring transparency and convenience. The App is already successfully operational across Punjab.
