As directed by Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf, PITB team led by DG Muhammad Waseem Bhatti organized a training on e-Filing and Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at the Punjab Chief Minister Office as part of the initiative to introduce paperless culture in all the departments of the Government of Punjab.
The 3-day training session included the administrative staff of the CM Office Lahore as the attendee. The participants were given hands-on training and their queries were also addressed.
e-FOAS aims at transforming the conventional paperwork into a completely paperless environment. It enhances the department’s efficiency via maintaining instantaneous internal/external communication, task management, improved transparency and reduced office expenditures.
