Government of the Punjab, realizing the changing trends of the digital world, is devoted to provide quality education to all children, irrespective of gender and social standing. Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) is playing an instrumental role in assisting Government of the Punjab to achieve its goal of raising educational standards and creating a competitive work force in the province. Hence, acknowledging the potential of e-learning to extend out to the unreached, PITB initiated e-Learn.Punjab project to facilitate learners and empower educators throughout the province.

e-Learn.Punjab, the first government e-Learning initiative in Pakistan, has revolutionized the entire education doctrine of the country. e-Learn.Punjab, an official repository of free digitized textbooks, augmented with videos, animations and simulations, enhances conceptual learning and improves quality of education. Moreover, teachers can also contribute in this online educational storehouse by uploading useful content for their students. Therefore, e-Learning is the best way to provide education, trainings and knowledge to masses at their door step. e-Learn.Punjab shall also provide equity and diversity of curriculum for all of our students province wide, rural and urban, and weave them together for a powerful learning experience.
