Terms & Conditions

• Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria must register online for the offered training(s)
• In some training programs, there are reserved seats for nominated government officials and industry professionals. These nominations will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis
• Applicants will only be considered for short listing after payment of the registration fee
• If required, test and/or interviews will be conducted for the short listed candidates
• Short listed candidates should bring their original documents and CNIC along with attested photo copies of the same
• In case of nominations, they should also bring a nomination letter by their department/organization
• Selected candidates must pay full fee before the announced deadline. In case the fee is not deposited by the due date, admission will be considered null and void
• Security Fee will be refunded only on successful completion of the program. It is non refundable for drop outs or failing students
• For Oracle Certifications:
  • Oracle certification exam is mandatory for students who enroll for this program and they have to appear for the certification exam in our Oracle Approved Education Center at ASTP
  • In case the candidate leaves for abroad for work purposes without giving the certification exams, then he/she shall have to abide/follow the instructions/arrangements applicable in the respective testing center and need to contact their destination country’s Oracle team for specific requirements
