Punjab Minister Labour & Human Resource Department Mansha Ullah Butt has inaugurated two flagship systems ‘Case & Prosecution Management System (CPMS)' and 'Labour Inspection Management System Phase II (LIMS-II)’ developed by PITB. Director General Labour Welfare Syeda Kulsume Hai was also present and briefed the Minister on both systems.
CPMS aims to digitize the complete Case Management Workflow from initiation to final order with an end-to-end prosecution module and a real-time reporting dashboard for Division and District-level monitoring.
LIMS-II expands the inspection capabilities with new categories including Minimum Wages, Child Labour, Occupational Health & Safety and Accident Reporting along with dedicated registration modules for Factories, Shops and Establishments as well as Trade Unions.
PITB Senior Program Manager Rabia Tariq along with the team gave a comprehensive live demonstration showcasing the systems’ features and operational workflow. The Minister lauded PITB in this regard noting that the systems mark a transformative step towards transparent, technology-driven governance whereas delivering efficient services across Punjab.
