PITB conducted a training session on the e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at Deputy Commissioner Office Kot Addu to promote paperless governance and improve administrative efficiency. The session was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Qudsia Naz.
The training was conducted by PITB SPM Abdul Rauf and was attended by all the staff members of DC Office Kot Addu. The interactive session provided practical insights into the benefits of digital documentation and process automation.
PITB developed e-FOAS is successfully functional in a number of government departments. It aims at transforming the conventional paperwork into a completely paperless environment. The core purpose of e-FOAS is to enhance the department’s efficiency via maintaining instantaneous internal/external communication, task management, improved transparency and reduced office expenditures.
