A delegation from Pakistan Navy Engineering College (PNEC) visited PITB to get acquainted with the various ICT initiatives implemented across Punjab. During the meeting, PITB IT Operations Director Syed Qasim Afzal gave an overview of the IT initiatives by PITB with special focus on those related to Law & Order.
PITB’s e-Governance wing team gave a presentation on e-Rozgaar and Plan9 while a brief on Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP) was given by ASTP representative.
The delegation also visited the state-of-the-art Data Center and Citizen Facilitation Center.
