Irrigation Revenue Collection System (e-Abiana) generated printed bills have ensured transparency making it easier for farmers to make Abiana payments. The digital mechanism, operational in 57 Canal Divisions across Punjab, is overturning the decades old traditional process of manual billing. To date, e-Abiana System has collected PKR 2.2 Billion.
