A meeting was held with the Land Information and Management System (LIMS) Center of Excellence Project team to acquaint them with the ICT initiatives rolled out for the Punjab Agriculture Department.
As part of the meeting, LIMS Project Director Col (Retd) Dr. Muhammad Waqar Yasin, PD LIMS and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Lt Col Dr. Hasnat Khurshid visited the Agriculture Data Center and Command & Control Center to oversee the IT interventions being implemented by PITB.
LIMS Project team accompanied by Agriculture Department's Senior Advisor Anjum Buttar also visited PITB. PITB JD Usman Waheed gave an overview of various initiatives underway at PITB. PITB ADG Khurram Mushtaq, CTO Adil Iqbal Khan, Directors Ali Raza Kheiri and Badar Munir were also present.
The LIMS Team commended PITB's efforts and support in enhancing the overall service delivery and work performance of Punjab Agriculture Department.
