PITB, in collaboration with the Higher Education Department (HED), has developed the BISE Examination Complaints Portal to streamline examination-related concerns of the students. The user-centric portal allows beneficiaries to access complaint forms online at https://complaints.bise.punjab.gov.pk/ and submit their complaints effortlessly. The complaint will be forwarded to the relevant board and necessary action will be taken.
The primary objective of this initiative is to assist students and minimize complaints in the examination halls across Punjab. In addition to the online portal, the beneficiaries can also lodge complaints by calling directly on the helpline at 042-111-11- 2020.
