Omar Salman has been a part of PITB team since January 2017. With a BS (Computer Science) degree from FAST Lahore, MS (Computer Science) degree from LUMS, and an additional MS (Software Engineering) degree from the University of York UK, Omar has a passion for developing large scale systems, for technology reforms in the public sector, and in supporting data driven policy making. Prior to PITB, he worked in multiple software companies, a tech start-up, and in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He is currently involved in overseeing multiple projects in the Judicial sector, to simplify and digitize judicial system for timely dispensation of justice. Omar is also significantly contributing in development of education sector, by effectively using Information Communication Technology for better outcomes.
