Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) and Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) are launching the largest network of technology incubation centers across Pakistan. These incubation centers are being opened in collaboration with public universities in multiple locations in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Balochistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The National Expansion Plan aims to create nationwide opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to turn their business ideas into viable ventures. The program provides the following facilities and services for the inducted startups:

- Networking Opportunities
- Mentorship
- Business Development Guidance
- Legal Assistance
