Punjab Information Technology Board in collaboration with Rozee.pk and Sports Board Punjab conducted a Job Fair under the umbrella of Punjab Youth Festival.
The 2014 Job Fair was held at the Lahore Expo Centre from 11 am to 8 pm each day.
The Fair showcased more than 70 booths with around 50 great organizations! Recruiters and career specialists helped the attendees find jobs through hiring companies and career services. Therefore, it not only helped in bridging the gap between the job seekers and opportunity providers but also familiarized the visitors with the latest market trends and requirements.
Further, as the exhibitors not only included local industries but also overseas employers so, there were work abroad opportunities as well. In short, the Fair proved to be an inclusive event promoting the hiring and career development of all individuals i.e. white collar or blue collar.
Moreover, a Pakistan Manpower Promotion Conference was also organized for the blue collar on the 9th of March 2014 along with the Job Fair.
